Free Trial Classes

We offer free trial classes to help students and parents experience our teaching methods before
enrollment. After the trial, you may choose to continue or discontinue classes without any obligation

Fees & Payments

• Monthly fees are paid in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Payments must be completed on time to ensure uninterrupted classes.
• Hilal Academy reserves the right to pause classes if payment remains outstanding beyond the due date.
  
  

Class Scheduling

• Students are required to maintain a fixed schedule for their selected classes.
• Any request to change class timings is subject to teacher availability.
• We strive to provide flexible scheduling for students across different time zones.

Missed Classes

• If a student is unable to attend a class, notice should be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
• Classes missed without prior notice may not be eligible for makeup sessions.
• If a class is missed due to a teacher’s absence or technical issue on our side, a makeup class will be arranged.

Student Attendance

• Students are expected to attend classes on time.
• If a student joins late, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
• Continuous absence without prior notice may result in cancellation of the class schedule.

Teacher Assignment

Hilal Academy assigns qualified teachers based on the student’s learning needs. Teacher changes may
occur when necessary to improve the learning experience or due to scheduling requirements

Class Recordings

For quality assurance, training, and monitoring purposes, classes may be recorded when necessary.

Privacy & Communication

• Students and parents should communicate through official Hilal Academy channels.
• Personal contact information should not be exchanged between students and teachers without academy approval.
• All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

Fees paid for completed or ongoing billing periods are non-refundable.
If a student chooses to discontinue classes, notice should be provided before the next billing cycle

Code of Conduct

Hilal Academy is committed to providing a respectful and professional learning environment. Students,
parents, and teachers are expected to communicate respectfully and maintain Islamic manners at all
times.

Changes to Terms

Hilal Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updates will
be published on our website.
